HOME BASED VACANCYPosition: CS and Moderation Agent : Home based positionEmployment: Full Time Belgium (French or bilingual French/Flemish) - up to 40 hours per week Opportunity: is growing and we are looking for new staff to join our Customer Support and Moderation Team.In 2015 we continue to add new sites to our portfolio and we are going for world wide coverage. In order to provide our users with the best service we are looking for experienced multitaskers in the following countries/ languages:Full time Belgium (French or bilingual French/Flemish) - up to 40 hours per week exclusively for Padawan.
Tasks:– Daily moderation of new ads– Daily Email support– Escalating cases to relevant departments–Daily Chat support– Short translations for templates and site content– Collaborating with Marketing and Sales– Attend (via Skype) monthly team trainings and team meetings– Providing feedback regarding trends and issues in Moderation and CSOffered– Home based position– Part time Mon/ Fri roster (up to 40 hours per week exclusively for the company) with Public Holidays as per offical calendar in country of residence– Attractive pay– Option to advance in the company for the right candidates
