Cosmetics notification intern

The Cosmetics Notification Intern would be part of O Regulatory and Notification Department, which aims at providing professional, prompt and outstanding services to O clientele from all over the world; Therefore, s/he will gain professional experience in regulatory affairs & product conformity procedures under the European Cosmetic Regulation in conjunction with advanced communication & coordination skills and many more;

Main Activities awaiting you:

 Verify & update Cosmetic Product Information Files (Formulations & Safety Specifications);
 Validate products labeling;
 Analyze product compliance;
 Offer regulatory advice under the scope of Obelis’ services;
 Perform cosmetic product notifications to EU Authorities and relevant EU member-states;
 Maintain the highest level of service & support with the overall aim to facilitate & expedite clients’ product placement in the EU market;
 Communicate with Clients, Collaborators & EU Institutions (Ministries, Anti-toxic Centers, EU Commission);
 Participate and travel to exhibitions and conferences;
